How Our Process Works
Our simple 3-step process to help you bring home what you want when you need it.




  • Browse our online catalog for your merchandise.
  • Choose merchandise and select desired size, color and quantity.
  • Select Delivery or Store pickup (if available).
  • Add merchandise to your cart.
  • Don’t forget to add any required parts or protection plans!
  • Once selected merchandise is in your cart, you are ready to apply!
  • Make sure you have your ID and checking account available.
  • Fill out our easy application.
  • Once approved, a lease-purchase contract is created.
  • Sign your lease-purchase agreement and submit your initial payment.
  • Once the initial down payment is placed and your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
  • You will receive a notification when merchandise is ready for pick up in store.
  • You must have your ID to pick up merchandise in store.
  • You will receive an email with tracking information once your merchandise ships out.
  • Custom home delivery option – a delivery date is selected and you will be notified.
  • Make sure you are home during the entire delivery time frame to receive your merchandise!
